Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees in accordance with Airbnb policies. 2) PROPERTY CARE: All linens, towels, bedding, and household items must remain on the property. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
4) OCCUPANCY & VISITORS: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, provided the total number of people on the property remains reasonable and respectful of the home and neighbours. Any overnight guests must be added to the reservation in advance and approved through Airbnb messaging. The number of guests must not exceed the home’s sleeping capacity. Sleeping on sofas, floors, or using additional bedding is not permitted.
5) PETS: One (1) pet is permitted per stay with prior approval. A pet fee applies and will be charged per stay. Pets must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and not left unattended for extended periods.
