The space
You will be on the first level of our property which is level with the ground. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen to the backyard and outdoor eating table. Beautiful cement patio to enjoy your charcoal BBQ cooking. 4 bedrooms feature all queen size beds and 1 room has a desk for working remotely. The 2 new bathrooms one is jack and jill the other shared feature hotel style and size ceramics plus modern first class fixtures. free parking for 2 cars. 25 minutes train ride to downtown Toronto's Union Station the hub for Ontario travel. From Union Station you can go all over Ontario and see all Ontario has to offer. You have your own space and entrance. Your unit faces west and gets maximum sunshine all year long. Brand new kitchen has all the conveniences, double sink, dishwasher, large fridge frost free, microwave, 4 burner stove and oven with very powerful fan, coffee maker, Brita filtered water, electric grill for burgers and meats, outside table and chairs. We supply the best coffee (Tim Hortons and various teas) plus most of the spices you will use and enjoy. Paper towel, tissue and toilet paper as well as shampoo conditioner and Dove soap. First 25 guest will also get a bottle of red and a bottle of white to start their vacation on a happy note. Enjoy !!!

You have your own private entrance and backyard backing onto Conservation Lands. Bird watch or fish in the pond just past our backyard. Very green, very quiet, you only hear the birds singing songs. The serene location with nature will help you relax and enjoy all the nature.

Our home is a 3 minute walk to the Rutherford Train Station that will take you to union station which is in the heart of downtown Toronto. From there travelling west you can go Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake (wine tours in Ontario wine country). If you go north visit the beach on Lake Simcoe or Ski at Blue Mountain. Visit the Muskoka Lakes or go fishing in the small lakes in Sault Ste Marie. Going East from Union Station go to the Scarborough Bluffs, Oshawa and Ajax Lakeside. Kingston Ontario the first capital of Canada. You can do all this after you check out all the sites in downtown Toronto, CN Tower, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto Art Gallery, Royal York Hotel, Toronto Island, Ontario Place Exhibition just to name a few, have yourself a blast and if you need any directions or advise do not hesitate to call us.
