This property is on the top floor of a historic church. The unit is a fully upgraded and professionally decorated two story Condo, and offers panoramic views of St. John's Harbour. Two bedrooms, family room, living room, dining room and a full kitchen make this a home away from home.
It is a walk away from the bustling restaurants and east coast charm of downtown, and near to historical churches and parks. A full sized grocery store is also only a 3 minute drive away.
This unit has all the ammenities to make it a welcome stay in Canada's oldest city! We supply dishes, cutlery, pot, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and a host of other kitchen conveniences. There is also an assortment of coffee, tea, and snacks for our weary travellers :-). Our bedsheets, towels, dishclothes etc. are cleaned to the highest standards for each stay, and the entire condo is deep cleaned. We offer GigE Wifi and a HD TV with digital cable and Netflix! A washer and dryer with detergent and static sheets, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a private dedicated parking spot as well.
Your Hosts, Dee and Mick are minutes away and available for any issues or concerns. Our goal is to have happy customers that are taken care of and can enjoy their vacation rental to the max.
Take a walk downtown, drive to historic Signal Hill or Quidi Vidi, or just sit at your panoramic window and enjoy cruise ships coming into the Harbour. Now that's something you don't do every day!
