Full kitchen with all amenities that you will need. The house has a private dock for boats, water crafts, swimming as well as a fire pit on the water. Canoe and paddle boat on site for renters to use. You will have the best of both worlds!!
The house is 1 mile from downtown Errol for any of your needs. Balsams Wilderness Resort, skiing, snowboarding & golfing (10 miles) Dixville Notch State Park, Androscoggin River, Lake Umbagog, Grafton State Park, Sunday River (30 miles) Bethel, Maine.
