GREAT ROOM - the main living room has sky high ceilings and windows facing the east for a phenomenal sunrise view. The dining area has seating up to 6.
KITCHEN- Brand new kitchen, open to the great room complete with an island with stools. Fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you would need. Step right outside on the deck to relax with amazing mountain views.
MASTER BEDROOM - Second floor bedroom with a king size bed, dressers, full length mirror, and a closet.
GREEN BEDROOM - Main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, dressers, and mirror.
BLUE BEDROOM - Main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, dressers, and mirror.
MASTER BATHROOM - Full bathroom with a glass-sliding door shower and heated floors.
MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM - Full bathroom with tub surround shower.
BASEMENT BATHROOM - Full bathroom with tub surround shower.
BASEMENT SPACE - Recently renovated "bonus space" that allows access to a washer/dryer, as well as sliding doors that exit to the backyard area which hosts a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
ENTERTAINMENT - You have access to a large selection of games and books in the upstairs hutch. In the basement you will find Corn Hole and Ladder Toss as well as a home theater projector.
Other things to note:
* The house is equipped with an outdoor security camera on the front steps, in the corner facing the driveway, and under the deck facing the exterior sliding doors.
* As we’re located in the beautiful White Mountains, please be aware that bears are occasionally seen in the area. Please do not keep food or trash outdoors.
Please be respectful of the home and belongings. A lot of effort and time has gone into making this space as beautiful, clean and comfortable as possible and would hope to share it for a long time.
