As you enter the property you can drive right up to the private entrance and park in the carport. Guests have private use of the entire suite. You will access the suite in the home with the passcode. You enter into the kitchen bar where you will find a small sink, dishrack, microwave and refrigerator. The fridge contains a filtered water pitcher, ice and your choice of "cream" for your coffee & tea. The doorway to your right is to the private lounge which includes a Keurig coffee bar, kettle, a single bed\sofa lounger, 2 occasional chairs and a TV with /Blu-ray/DVD player. Note: their is access to an extensive library of movies and series at your request. Down the hall to the right is the full bathroom equipped with eco refillable toiletries and fluffy white bath towels and face cloths to enjoy the soaker tub and shower. Across the hall is the master bedroom void of any media devices. The queen size bed is covered with a mattress encasement, a wool filled mattress cover, cotton sheets, duvet and a bedspread. All of this and just a stroll to beach access. The property is also located in one of Parksville's best neighbourhoods and is home to VARDO Vintage & Valuables.
