Available week of July 15 Monday to Sunday, Brand new beach house completely renovated both interior and exterior!! This beach house has two brand new bathrooms, brand new kitchen, all new appliances, new furniture and all new hardwood floors throughout in 2024. The beach house is located on the Fire Island village of Ocean Beach and is a great fit for almost all Fire Island-goers, with an excellent location just steps between the town, the beach and a 5-minute walk from the ferry! The house has four brand new bedrooms with accommodations for up to 8 people, two brand new full bathrooms. Step inside the front door and step into a large living room with a full couch, two chairs and a chaise, smart TV and central AC. The house has a brand new eat-in kitchen with a dining-room table for up to six people plus 4 stools on the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen also has a coffee bar including refrigerated drink drawer and ice maker! At the rear of the house is an oversized deck great for entertaining family and friends. The deck has a new patio dinning table, large L shaped couch and plenty of seating for the extended family. A new Webber grille to cook up those summer barbecues. A large outdoor shower to enjoy after the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels for the family. Washer and dryer as well. Weekly rentals only checking in on Monday and out on Sunday. Families only!! Please no pets or smoking is permitted.
