Each room has a queen size bed. 300 gallon cistern and transfer switch with solar battery! Walking distance to beautiful beaches, and great restaurants. 30 minute drive from Rafael Hernandez (BQN) airport and approx 2 hours from Luiz Muñoz Marin Airport (San Juan). Take a 10 minute drive up Route 115 and 413 and you will be at the surfing capital of the Caribbean, Rincon. Here you can enjoy all types of fishing, scuba, snorkeling and surfing excursions just to name a few. The condo has a full functioning kitchen (ice-maker fridge, coffee maker, microwave, range with oven) washer / dryer, cable TV with HD and phone / internet. The Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Stay cool with brand new air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout the entire condo! My favorite location is the large balcony with the brand new high top patio set that seats 6 and gives you an uninterrupted view of the majestic ocean.
