When you walk in, you will find yourself in a sun-drenched home with windows and sliding doors that create a seamless transition to the outdoors. Newly decorated and painted clean and airy home in East Hampton on 2 acres. Just 5 minutes to the town of East Hampton and beaches, 10 minutes to Sag Harbor. Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, large sundeck. Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms - one with two full beds that opens onto the deck and pool, and has it's own newly built bathroom with outdoor access. The other bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a separate newly built full bathroom. The Chef's kitchen is newly renovated with top of the line appliances and flat screen TV. A large living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings and slate fireplace enjoy views of the yard and woods through large, floor to ceiling windows. A breakfast room with tv and washer/dryer complete the first floor. Upstairs, you will discover a den with Queen-sized sleeper sofa and 46' Samsung flat screen TV and a large primary bedroom, sitting area, and ensuite master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Outside, you will find a large pool surrounded by a wood composite deck, outdoor shower, Tennis and Basketball court, complete with outdoor furniture and a Weber Summit 6 burner grill.
All together, the house has 4 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, Chefs kitchen, large heated salt water pool, Weber grill, high speed internet, flat screen tvs, laundry room, bikes, children's games, dvds, ping pong table, pop a shot and deck furniture with seating for 10. Outdoor shower, Tennis and Basketball Court NO GROUPS, NO PARTIES WE PREFER FAMILIES OR COUPLES. THANKS! All household fees are included in the rental with the exception of Propane which is used to heat the pool. Propane is billed per usage after guests have checked out.
