Welcome to Van City! This 2-bedroom basement suite has a private entrance and bathroom, with newly renovated kitchen and shower for guests. Located just 15 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic) , but also situated perfectly for road trips to: North Vancouver, Sqamish, Whistler and Vancouver island (20 minutes from ferries)
We live upstairs with our dog Peach (she is friendly, though too friendly at times. We supervise her outdoors, but please do your part and close the gate when you come and go), so making it a comfort and great stay is important to me. The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, minutes from coffee shops, and restaurants.
