The location, views, and tropical ocean breezes are amazing. You can enjoy the sound of the crashing waves, even from inside the house. The large oceanfront patio was created as a second 'living room ' along the beach.
The house is a 3 bedroom/1 bath, which comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 2 queen beds, and 1 full. Bath towels, beach towels and bed linens are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, furnished dining room, and living room w/ a large screen TV for web-streaming services and DVD player including an assortment of movies (mostly kid friendly). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners.
The beach is great for fishing, snorkeling, sun bathing, and beach-combing. When the waves are up there are 2 advanced level surfing waves out front. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood and beach is very family friendly with several shallow tide pools for families to explore. The neighborhood as 2 great parks within a few blocks.
