All guests must complete a mandatory online check-in and submit a valid government-issued photo ID for each guest prior to arrival. Security Deposit
A refundable $1,000 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages, rule violations, or additional charges are identified.

Do not hang towels from windows. A $100 fine may apply for violations.
Food must be consumed at dining areas only to prevent linen damage. Stained linens or towels will be charged.
Do not cut directly on kitchen counters. Avoid staining surfaces.
Coasters and trays are provided to protect furniture; damage due to negligence will be charged.
Excessive cleaning will be billed at $75 per hour.
All chargeable items will be processed through the booking platform.
Under no circumstances will consumed nights be refunded.
If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel remaining unused nights for a refund of those unused nights only. The host is not responsible for alternative accommodation or transportation expenses.
All bookings are contingent upon signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.
