If you are looking for a warm-up then you can walk up a snow covered trail and intersect Lower Olympic run. For this option your mileage may vary as it is not for first time skiers or those allergic to hiking. At the end of the day intermediate skilled skiers can navigate this trail to back to your accommodation. Or you can walk back on the paved trail from Whistler Village base. Or you can drive.
