One of the few houses with POWER PLANT. All markets /restaurants open.The villa is within a private controlled-access beachfront community with 2 miles of private, secluded beach. The entrance is only available to residents/guests. It enjoys a 3ft deep natural sea pool on part of the private beach for small children and adults alike, in a noise-free environment.
At Punta del Mar, get a 4-bedroom house, (ALL OTHERS ARE SMALLER APARTMENT LIKE) with a lot more space and a rooftop terrace with awesome ocean views! All bedrooms have AC, added large terrace room has a queen sofa bed. This house is properly appointed with first quality comfortable rattan and wicker furniture. The appliances and comfortable beds are top of the line . It has 1 king bed in the master bedroom , 1 queen in 2nd room, 1 sofa queen bed in terrace room and two twin beds as well as 2 cots to house 8 comfortably. There are also chaise lounges in garden area and rooftop and a dining set on the roof terrace.
Activities include: Swimming/surfing/boarding/ sea shelling /sailing /fishing/visiting various different beaches/ waterfalls/ caves /tennis /golf/stargazing.
