Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. During the renovation of the house emphasis was also put on environmental sustainability with the installation of a sea-powered heating system.

The space
The flat is reached via steps leading from the road – with a private parking space – to the private entrance of the flat.
Once you enter the flat you go into a hallway, which leads into a bathroom, a bedroom and the kitchen/living area.
Bathroom – Shower, towel rail, vanity unit, wc and bidet sprayer.
Bedroom – Double bed (150 x 200 cm) and dresser.
Living room – Sofa, lounge chairs, dining table, chairs and original artworks on the wall.
Small kitchen area (open plan and part of living room) – Refrigerator/freezer, hob and oven.
Please note that the house is old and when restoring we were unable to fully sound isolate it which means that you might hear some noises from the flat below.
