Positive: Location is excellent. It is right in front of a river and is beautiful. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about the resort. The staff is not very professional and although they are polite, they behave like a resort facing scarcity issues, under staffed, stressed and not willing to put themselves in the shoes of the customer (lack empathy).

Negative: Staff is completely unequipped to handle food. You have to order 5 hours in advance for any meal and in a group it is difficult to ask people to decide on a food menu in advance. It was a nightmare to place a dinner order at this place! They have an all male staff team who don't have empathy for customers.

Summary: Great location. But not up the mark in any other way especially food.
